+Can I just get one adjustment?
For best results and to realistically reach your health goals, we recommend our patients go through the 2 Day New Patient Process and then commit to a specialized care plan. There are also considerable savings that come along with signing up for a care plan. With that being said, we do offer a one time adjustment for established patients who have gone through the 2 Day New Patient Process.
+Is chiropractic safe for pregnant women and children?
Absolutely! Dr. Craddick has completed over 250 hours to become specialized in treating pregnant women and children. He is Webster Certified and carefully works on pregnant women and children to ensure their comfort and safety. Adjusting a child or baby is not the same as adjusting an adult. Think about it like this: The amount of force you would use to test the ripeness of a tomato is equivalent to the amount of force used to adjust an infant.
+What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in Dr. Craddick’s schedule in which he could be helping another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a $40 fee.
+Do you offer a family discount?
It is possible to obtain a family discount. Once each family member has participated in the 2 Day New Patient Process, completed their restoration care plans, and have been promoted to our Propel Plus Program, a multi-family member discount is applied.
+Do you SEE adults too?
Yes! Dr. Craddick loves to help keep his community healthy by caring for people of all ages. Our office especially loves to see families coming in together for treatment; it usually yields better results!
+How soon can I get checked after giving birth?
It’s never too soon. When you are feeling up for a visit, Dr. Craddick would love to assess your nervous system and help you get back on track and feel more comfortable during your postpartum recovery period.
+How old does my baby need to be to get checked?
Again, it is never too soon to have your child checked. Dr. Craddick has assessed and adjusted infants as young as 1 day old. Birth can be traumatic and lead to a lot of stress in the nervous system for both mother and child. Getting assessed as soon as possible is important in raising healthy children.
+Do you take insurance?
Propel Chiropractic is out of network with insurance companies and runs a private pay practice accepting cash, check, or credit card. We also accept FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) and HSA (Health Savings Accounts).
To ensure you are provided with the best of care based on you or your family member’s needs, payment is received at the time of care. There is a monthly auto debit option for care plan members.
+How many appointments will it take?
Because every patient is unique, the amount of visits in a restoration care plan vary. Many factors come into play regarding health, such as, the severity of your chief complaint, how long you’ve had your condition, and your everyday lifestyle. During the 2 Day New Patient Process, Dr. Craddick will recommend a specialized care plan to best help you reach your health goals. Time and consistency are important in healing your body.
+I’m 38 weeks Pregnant. is it too late to start care or should I wait until after I have my baby?
It’s never too late to start chiropractic care. Dr. Craddick will tailor his focus based on your specific needs. Becoming an established practice member before your baby is born will make the transition into motherhood, and receiving care in our office, easier for you.
